Sequence:

  1. Operator manually loads the exhaust assembly and initializes the operation.
  2. The machine positions and retains the part
  3. The part and the part’s location is checked
  4. The machine performs 3 different leak tests
  5. Measured data is recorded
  6. A part barcode is printed and applied
  7. The barcode is scanned for correctness
  8. The operator removes the part.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Exhaust System Gage
